Lakeside Oaks

Don't trust them!!! I had plans to go look at an apartment and while on my way they rented it to someone else, never gave me the option to get there and place my deposit. Didn't even give me the chance to get there.

Lakeside Oaks is Great! My husband and I moved in about 6 months ago and could not be HAPPIER! Our 2 kids go to Dutchtown and the bus pulls right up to the front to pick them up. I have made friends with our neighbors and our children all play together. The girls in the front office are great. They always call if they have a package for us or mail. Inside the apartment they have wood floors and granite which is nice, considering that most apartments don't have that. So if you are considering moving in, you should! We love it!

I didn't realize at first how noisy the interstate was. I thought that getting an apt facing away and insulating the windows would help, but it didn't. On damp evenings and mornings, I couldn't hear myself think.



Management wants to raise rates every six months. Beware



Save yourself some heartache and don't move in. There are plenty of other apts that are as nice or nicer.
