How much longer will it take for them to be late on a time call you ask?
10 minutes in - We have one on the way
20 minutes - Oh we have on headed to you right now
30 minutes - Sorry we're busy right now
40 minutes - Sorry for the wait they're on the way right now
50 minutes - yeah they're on the way.

Its like they are told to tell customers they are on the way. I had a Time call and you'd think they'd be there on time especially given how early in advanced I called.
But no, a time call doesn't mean anything, just another call in the queue.

Awful. Dispatcher was rude. Waited for an hour with no notice so called and they said at least 20 more minutes and the excuse "people were taking a while to get out of the car". And kept reassuring me I was at the top of the list but yet I have to wait for over an hour for a five minute ride? My friends told me this was a bad cab company and with this experience I completely agree.

SCARY DRIVERS!

I used to use them, but the drivers got creepy at night. I was driving my own vehicle on the highway and a Tri-County van cut me off (with people inside!) and drove like a mad man down the highway! I hope those people are okay!!!

They are a bunch of thieves and the boss Ruthy and dispatchers do not care or try to help! I had a shop vac and electric cigarette roller stolen right out of the taxi trunk. The next driver took over and at the end of his overnight shift it was gone! When asked the owner and dispatcher did not car and said they had no clue who took over car 24! Bull!!!! Bunch of scum works there!

They say a few minutes and I have waited with my kids in winter for over an hour. They are never honest about it either. They will make you late for work, school or an appointment and show you no respect or response to your situation.

I was walking my son around our development in his stroller and one of the drivers for this company came flying around a corner, didn't move over to go around my son and I and came so close to hitting us straight on that I had to push my sons stroller into the grass to avoid being hit. And what did the driver do? Look at me and drive away. Not a single word. We live in a development with kids everywhere and it was 7 pm so kids are out riding bikes and taking walks and this driver was driving fast and reckless. I called to put in a complaint but the person who answered didn't seem interested in what I had to say. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't trust the drivers for this company. Unsafe!!

My sister called this cab company a few weeks ago and the dispatcher was so rude and disrespectful to her. She stuttered. While she was on the phone he told whoever was there that he has "a stuttering girl on the phone." Then he tells my sister to talk faster so he can understand her. Very unprofessional. My sister was very upset and decided to walk the 6 miles instead. Never will use this cab company again.
