Called Wayne because our dryer wasn't heating and our dishwasher wasn't draining and he sent out a tech that was so courteous and knowledgeable. We ended up needing a very costly repair for the dryer. He told us we would be better off just buying a new dryer because ours was so old. He then got to work on the dishwasher. He noticed that the seal was deteriorating and offered to put a new seal on the dishwasher. He ended up having to come back to put a new part on the dishwasher that he had to order a few days before, the fan blade had fallen on the heating coil and melted it. He came back a couple days later to fix the dishwasher. He noticed our new dryer had been delivered and offered to help us connect the vent hose. Upon further examination our old vent hose was falling apart and had a leak in it. He said he had a spare hose down in his van that he would give us, again at no charge. Wonderful service fast efficient friendly. I definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Wayne!

Owner told me to go to hell and hung up on me. This was a horrible experience and we would not recommend them to anyone. Our washing machine needed a new part which they ordered and installed 4 days later. 1 day after the washer was fixed, it broke again. We asked them to come back out to fix it, they agreed and then pulled a no show. When we called to see where they were, they sent us to 3 other cells to call, none answered and then the owner told us to go to hell and hung up the phone.
