We were having a horrible time dealing with our Insurance Co. It was approaching 3 months with no movement because they wanted to settle for an amount that wasn't even close to what is was going to cost to repair the water damage. Frustrated and not knowing what to do, I started doing some research and saw Allied Public Adjusters. They offered the help we so desperately needed. From day 1 I felt a weight had been lifted off our shoulders! Everyone I spoke to was reassuring, upfront and honest about what they could do. Long story short we were assigned to a Public Adjuster named Will Taylor. I believe at one point I told him I loved him :) but that didn't scare him off! He came out and spent about 6 hours at our house and wrote a very detailed proposal to our Insurance CO (which by the way was way more than the Insurance was saying they were going to pay. Will fought for us & communicated with us every step of the way. The Insurance Company eventually accepted Will's proposal and we are now in the process of getting our home back to livable. I can't thank Allied and their amazing team for all of their hard work and the peace of mind it gave me once they took over. They delivered what they promised!
