I have bought two cars here and used this business for serving both of them. The service team is high quality and I have always had a good experience with them. The sellers I worked with were both really helpful. The finance team both times tried to pressure-sell me into things I didn't need, but that seems to be norm unfortunately at all dealerships these days. I just stood my ground and finally closed the paperwork. Other than that though, I have had a solid experience with everything there that I have interacted with.

I take my car to Acura of glendale as its most nearest to me. But they are mostly expensive unless you negotiate with them.

Overall
I have used them several times...

I have used them several times, thinking "Argh, they are so expensive! but all the dealerships are expensive, so ..." But every time I went there, I regretted it. They try to persuade you to do more repairs than what you originally went there for. They also have such an arrogant attitude, like you don't know anything about cars. I'd suggest you go to a smaller repairshop who can give you good service for less without an attitude.

Recently I had a flat tire, so I went to a tire store. They asked me if I wanted to change the other 3 tires at the same time. I told them that I couldn't afford to do that at this time, and besides, one of the 3 tires was fairly new (I had bought it from Glendale Acura only 6 months ago.) The guy said, "Oh, you were sold an old tire," and told me that the tire was made in 2006. I didn't know if you can see when a tire was made by just looking at it, nor I don't really know if manufacturing dates really matter with tires like food (I guess rubber can deteriorate over years.) It could be that the tire salesman was trying to make me believe I should buy tires from them rather than other places, but I have to say this experience didn't make me feel good about Glendale Acura at all. It confirmed my decision to never go back there.

I took my Acura for servicing ...

I took my Acura for servicing due to a factory recall. Manny in the Service Department was extremely helpful, polite and professional. The original estimate for the work was four hours but they completed the job in less than two. Great customer service! Recommend!
