Nowcare

I have had nothing but great service at this location. I am in between insurances and see the office on a weekly basis, including blood work for a very reasonalbe fee. I have seen Dr Jeffers and Dr John (never can remember his name sorry) and I am in and out with usually in a half of hour. I like that people doing their internships are shadowing those who have their degree. Its a great way to learn. I would recommend them to anybody.

I went in on Sunday and they charged me 95 dollars because they could not verify insurance that day. I had not had to do this before, but we of course paid and they called us the following day saying our insurance was good and they would refund us the money minus our 20 dollar copay. this was a month ago! I called their billing dept. and the credit had not been issued a month later! they promised to call me back when the credit was done, I ended up calling them 2 more times after that, they didn't return calls when they said they would and now i have disputed their charge with my bank. I call that nonprofessionals or thieves I don't know what is going on but I could have easily forgotten to check my statement and never gotten my 75 dollars back! The lack of attention to this matter tells me that they don't seem to care about customers. BEWARE of this location there are many urgent care facilities out there, I've never had any trouble with other facilities.
