Kachina Management

I am septical of anybody praising this absolute worst customer service ever. Mark has got to be the biggest theif of any business I have encountered. I look at my complex and wondee what the hell are you managing? You certainly don't know how to manage that flap you often smack under your nose calling it normal. If Mark is coming expect to hear nothing but a flapping noise. That is basically what it is since nothing valid ever comes out of it. This thief has so many properties it is impossible to get homeowners a decent response or concern for their issues. Scum would be a compliment for this JA. Even scum has it's own validity. Not only is he incompetent but the persona of his wretched existence is a mystery to my mind. The absolute disregard for peoples health concerning BLACK MOLD that has been growing for 2yrs now. Everytime a propery manager is assigned to this property they either quit or he fires them. Then I have to start all over again with the situation. I am going to make it my lifes purpose to find out everything this flapper has to hide. Spoiled, money grubbing child.

Harassment, fake violations, mishandling of payments, bogus late fees and ignoring written correspondence. Absolutely horrible company.

If you want a company to rip you off this is it. Not only do they generate and approve their own work orders they send it to a company called ABS improvement & repair that is also owned by Kachina's owner Mark Rounsville. I suggest that any community immediately preform an independent audit and you will find thousands of dollars in phony invoices billed to your community for repairs that were never done. By the way A.B.S. is run by Mark's brother and is in the same suite of offices as Kachina. They leave that off of the invoices to mislead you. Worst company ever!
