Casey's General Store

There was an incident this morning that disturbs me. The manager of the store confiscated my sons drivers liscense when he tried to buy cigarettes. He is of legal age but she insisted the Drivers Liscense was fake. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she was very rude and arrogant and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I called the Police and sent them to the store to reclaim my sons Drivers Liscense.Your employee needs some training in customer relations. I would also like to know if there is a formal training that teaches employees to identify fake ID's or is it just their opinion. Her inability to distinguish the difference between fake and authintic cost my son, mysef, and the Police Officer our valuable time. The Police have more important things to do then deal with poorly trained, rude, arrogant store managers on a power trip!
