I ordered here last month & after a promised delivery of 25 to 30 mins, my food arrived an hour later. Pizza was room temperature & dessert was cold. Spoke with management & was told I would have an automatically issued $10 off credit for next order. Ordered again 2 days ago. Online did not show credit but delivery receipt did. Total was $27.33. The amount charged that I SIGNED receipt for was then credited back to my card & then they recharged my card the full amount w/o the credit AFTER the fact. I've called 3 times. They are trying to make me jump through hoops to get the credit I was promised a month ago. First I was told all these excuses including a new system and it wiped out all credits over 90 days. I said it's only been a little over 30 days. I was then asked send a picture of my receipt to the managers cell, but the call was disconnected before the # was given. I'm in the middle of moving & have no idea where I put the receipt I signed for $27.33 & honestly didn't think I needed a reason to keep it seeing the correct charge on my account online that was later credited & recharged. I told management the driver should have turned in the receipt that I signed & was then told those get filed away and there's no access to it...wait what? He even went on to accuse the driver of possible tampering w/ the tip amount. I was like no, that's not what happened at all. He went on to say that their biggest complaint is food arriving later than promised & he didn't remember me or issuing me the credit as it happens so often. Obviously, there are very unprofessional & quite frankly, lazy managers running this location & not willing to take care of customers properly & operate in good faith & honorable business practices. I have contacted my bank & disputed the charge, as this is very illegal what they did. You simply can not credit back a charge that was signed for & then recharged a customer's card for a higher amount that they did not consent to nor sign for. Stay away
