I had the worst experience ever, with this clinic. I went in for an extraction, on a tooth that had been infected for over a year. Upon extraction, I was shown the tooth. It had formed a cyst at the root due to the prolonged infection. The dentist asked me to try the over-the-counter meds first and that if I needed something stronger for pain to call him back and he would call in a prescription for me. I did this, in good faith. Two days later, I had a very painful condition called a dry socket. I then asked the receptionist to tell the dentist to call something in and made an appt. for the next day. Nothing was called in for 8 and a half hours so I called her and she said that the dentist said, "No," because "No pain medication will help me until they put medicine into the socket." I asked that the dentist call me. He called me five days later and said that he forgot. He apologized and said that people call and ask for pain meds for the "high" and assumed that was the case with me!
