New Hope Medical Clinic

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had especially being a new patient.. My apt was for 8:30 am and usually you’re required to come a little early for new patient having to fill out paperwork. Not at this place. They open at 8:30 and the receptionist chose not to give me that information once setting the appointment. I can’t drive due to my Fibromyalgia. I arrived at 8:09 and the parking lot was empty. They showed up maybe 10 minutes after I got there.. When they were opening the door I
Proceeded to follow and they stopped me and said close at 8:30 and shut the door in my face and locked it.. Because of my condition I can’t stand long and I stood from
8:09-8:29. When they opened the door. By this time my pain level is at a 12 and told the receptionist I had some concerns. I told her I’m
a new patient and was wondering why I wasn’t
told the time y’all open when I set the apt.. The receptionist said it says it on the door.. If I’m
a new patient and it’s my first time here how was I supposed to see the door? She didn’t even
apologize for the trouble it caused me... Im completely disgusted of the way they treated me and told them I hope they treat the other patients better than they treated me..
My apt was supposed to be for weight management.... I never even made it to
see the doctor.. They don’t care about their patients in my eyes new or old..
They could have offered a chair and surely didn’t have to close and lock the door in my
face.. Do Not Go To New Hope Clinic They’re A Joke!!!!!!!🙁😡😳😶🚫🚫❌🛑

Worst urgent care I have ever been to in my life. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of one doctor named David. Out of everyone I have seen at this clinic, he is the only one who seems to genuinely care for his patients. Everyone else at this establishment is rude and careless. I will never be back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here. I will never be back.
