        1. The t-shirt colors we wante...

        1. The t-shirt colors we wanted were out of stock, so we were forced to choose different-colored t-shirts. Without considering the possibility of any kind of error by UPS or by the t-shirt company, they went ahead and waited last minute to order the t-shirts. UPS delivered the t-shirts late, and they did not make our deadline, which was 2PM in the afternoon. They expected to be done at noon.



        2. When they realized they would not be able to print the t-shirts on time, they called and told us they would have it by 4PM. Trying to be as understanding as possible, we decided to wait until 4PM and give out t-shirts then. They then called at 3:45PM and told us they would not have it done by 4PM.



        3. When trying to complain about the absurdity and irresponsibility, we were denied permission to speak to the manager. The worker we were speaking to plainly said, "I know what he's going to say," and did not allow us to hear it for ourselves.



        4. The t-shirts were then delivered to us an hour and a half after 4PM. We waited for 40 minutes in front of our facility, after being told the t-shirts were on their way. We received the t-shirts and we thought all was well, again, despite the tardiness.



        5. Upon closer inspection, after we received the t-shirts, we realized that there was a major printing error on the back design of the t-shirt. The back of the t-shirt no longer made sense.



        6. They failed to tell us that they were one t-shirt short, and that they had replaced the missing t-shirt with a different brand, whose color was off from the other t-shirts.



        7. When confronted about this lack in information, they simply said they didn't feel like it was that important. They contradicted themselves over and over when trying to explain



        8. When confronting this company again about our messed-up t-shirts, we were denied permission to speak to the manager, over and over again. We began to wonder if this manager actually existed.



        9. We offered to wait for the manager, who did not take time out of talking on the phone to speak to a few unhappy customers.



        10. Eventually, we spoke to the manager face-to-face after waiting for him at the shop for awhile.



        In short, don't go here.
