Gardendale First Baptist Church

GFB is the most inspiring church that we have worshipped in a long time. The sermons are very uplifting and meaningful. You can find fault anywhere that you desire to look. There is always something that someone can find wrong with someone or something they have done that they don't approve of. Either way, we are not any ones judge, only God will judge us. If you go to church to worship the Lord, you won't have your eyes on people, only God.

Romans 12:19 says: Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.



This is God's house; Holy ground...you are here to worship the Lord not to give place to idle gossip. Not only is it wrong of you to listen to such but you have now brought yourself to His wrath for spreading what you have heard - be it true or not. Shame on you.



ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God... He will pass judgement, not us.



There is much to be proud of in this place of worship. His Spirit moves among us in all services and much peace and forgiveness can be found behind it's walls.
