Unfortuantely this company is the only company that services a certain area of Gainesville. The company is a phantom operation. Theere is one phone/ fax number and the address for the company is some one's home. There's no 24 hour customer service or any hour customer services provided. If you can get your fax through or phone call through, your call will be responded to by some random person. In order to turn the water on, you have to be willing to meet the company's representative at the residence with a check or money order.
