Their office was so nice and inviting as soon as I walked through the door. I didn't wait very long before being called back to see the doctor. Dr.McQuaid was so personable and had a great bedside manner. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and also told me what my insurance company would more than likely cover based on my condition. He recommended I lose some weight before having my actual procedures performed. I was able to get a consultation with his nutritional consultant within the office that week and I started my diet a few days later. I am happy to say, I've lost 30 lbs. in the past month and I am on track to get my procedures completed and have long lasting results because of my efforts.
