Dr. Craig Scott Neleson, MD

This Office leaves very little to be desired. His office staff is not only unfriendly, but honestly they are just plain rude and heaven for bid they crack a smile to anyone that walks into that office!! I mean seriously, we are patients for God sake! It's bad enough that we live in pain, but then we have to walk into a Dr.'s office where the staff doesn't look you in the eye, doesn't laugh or smile or even carry on any kind of civil conversation with you. There's something to be said about first impressions....
Dr. Neleson was okay, but after waiting 30min in the waiting room and another 25 min in the patient room I expected him to know little something about me when he got in the room, buuuut nope. And after a 10 min conversation in which he either "uh-huhed" or interrupted to talk over me, a 6 min exam he wrote me a script and said he'd see me next month and we'd talk more about doing fluoro guided injections to my hip because he thinks that where most of my pain is coming from, but he wants me to think about it. I never waited so long and was out so fast in my life. I was feeling a bit confused because I was there for knee pain that was radiating down to my foot so needless to say I got a second opinion which of course had NOTHING to do with my hip. I don't understand how Dr's like this are in practice? Do they not read a patients history prior to going in the room? I mean seriously you 'd think he would've seen that I was a nurse at a local hospital, that I had prior knee surgery... I just don't get it .... I would recommend this Dr, this Office to my worst enemy!!!
