My husband and I have been her...

My husband and I have been here several times since new ownership this year. We couldn't be happier with the service we receive. Yes, they are a slightly more expensive than other salons but the service is far superior. We are always treated with respect and listened to. From the moment we walk in the door we are offered a beverage, including wine and margaritas. Yes, I wish that some of the technicians spoke better english, but they always try. They have added 20 new chairs that are amazing and their gel pedicure with rock massage is absolutely amazing. I would and have recommended them to several friends, including my Pastor's wife who is now using them fulltime.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BELLA ...

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BELLA NAILS TO ANYONE. I HAVE VISITED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST FOR PEDICURES UNDER FORMER MANAGEMENT AND WAS PLEASED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN LOCAL SALONS. OVER TIME IT WAS OBVIOUS IT CHANGED STAFF AS WELL AS OWNERS OFTEN . AFTER TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THE TECH WHO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH HOW I WISHED MY NAILS TO LOOK HE TOTTALLY DISREGAURDED ALL INSTRUCTIONS. I ARRIVED WITH LONG NATURAL NAILS WITH AN ACRYLIC OVERLAY AND LEFT WITH SHORT MISSHAPPEN NAILS. AFTER I GOT OUT IN THE LIGHT I NOTICED 1 HAND WAS NOT BUFFED AS WELL AS MANY OTHER ISSUES I CALLED THE SAME DAY TO EXPRESS MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE. AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS ALL MY NAILS BROKE INTO THE QUICK, PAINFUL AND UGLY. WHEN I WENT BACK 4 DAYS LATER TO SHOW THEM MY NAILS AND ASK TO HAVE THEM REDONE THEY HAD CUSTOMERS IN THE SALON AND IMMEDIATELY GAVE ME AN APPT. FOR MY NEXT OPPORTUNITY TO REDO THEM, HOWEVER AFTER LEAVING, THE MANAGER FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR AND ASKED IF I WAS AWARE I WOULD BE CHARGED FULL PRICE, I WAS IN SHOCK, IN FRONT OF THE CLIENTS SHE WAS CORDIAL BUT OUTSIDE SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR REDO MY NAILS. I ALSO FELT THE SANITATION WAS SUB-STANDARD AND HAVE ALERTED THE STATE BOARD WHO GOVERNS ALL NAIL SALONS STATE WIDE, I DID NOT SEE THE TECH USE ANY SEALED SANITIZED EQPT. OR NEW BUFFER. IF I CAN SAVE ANYONE FROM WASTING THEIR MONEY AND HAVING THEIR NAILS BASICALLY RUINED IT WILL BE WORTH MY TIME TO WRITE THIS. I AM IN A SERVICE BUSINESS AND I WOULD NOT RETAIN A CLIENT BASE AT ALL WITH THE ATTITUDE THEY EXPRESSED AND THE LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK.

Diane, Thank you for your generous feedback. As we you know in this industry, we work 6-7 days a week and we try our best to please everyone. However, you came in after a week and expected a brand new set of nails. Under any circumstances within a 3 day notice, we may have considered some alternatives had we seen your nails prior to the one week. We don't know what you've done in one week. You work in the beauty industry as well, a hairstylist, you should know what it's like. We've managed the salon for 1.5 years, and we have had exactly 2 incidents of people wanting a refund, including you. These are services, people work hard, and they deserved to get paid. You had long acrylic natural nails, and wanted them removed. Anyone who wears acrylics knows that the top layer of your nail will be thinner if removed. You got shellac gel nails so they are naturally shiny and can't be buffed. We thank you for your prior visit. We are very aware that we can't make everyone happy, however, we always strive to be better. I wish you the best in the future and a better success at a different nail salon. Debbie
