This is a family ran business and everyone is very professional. Great customer service and good prices. I recommend it to everyone.

Worst customer service I have ever had. How they stay in business is beyond me. I went in there to buy an expensive pair of boots that are hard to find in the area. I was treated like I was an extreme inconvenience to them. Take your money to a business that is glad to have you as a customer, because they show no interest.

Buyer be warned. These guys know their stuff I have shopped here on and off for over 15 years. but they lack customer service. I recently switched jobs and needed new gear. I bought a pair of boots, pants and shirts. I am in need of a second pair of boots since I need to alternate because they. I can also use a couple of more pants and shirts. Before I could go back to get those items one of the shirts I bought lost two buttons. I went in to get the shirt replaced/fixed and the new items I needed. To my surprise they do not have a replacement policy. Needless to say I was upset because I feel they should stand behind the products they sell. This was clearly poor workmanship. I took my shirt and business home (on-line) for now

Horrible customer service. I went in to buy some Whites the guy would not even talk to me without a $50 deposit to try on the boots. WTF I have never heard of a deposit to try on boots. He said it because people try them on here and buy some place else. Guess what they go some place else because your customer service sucks. I would rather spent $400 plus dollars some place else.

This guy wouldn't take my credit card over the phone, won't hold boots over 2 days for anybody, and is way over priced! The same pair of whites boots I got from him($449.00) I could have had custom built and shipped to my house from Washington would have cost that much with shipping included! I needed mine asap for work (I'm a firefighter) or I would have got them from Whites but all said and done I had to wire the money to my sister to get the boots and it cost me a total of $489.00 all because this guy wouldn't take a credit card over the phone or hold them for me until I got into town! And I tried to get a duplicate receipt today because mine was thrown away accidentally and he wouldn't even give me one!

I moved to Fresno from Portland about a year ago. Checked out all the corporate, bland, box shoe and boot stores here in Fresno for a comfortable pair of steel toe boots.



All of these stores sucked as far as selection and service. The Red Wing store was somewhat interesting but the prices were waaaaay overpriced !!!



My supervisor recommended this store. This store is awesome.... It reminds me of the great boot stores that are in Portland and Seattle. All types of brands-- even American Made !!! They even give a 20% discount on most of their boots.



The younger guy behind the counter is like a walking encyclopedia of boot knowledge. This is my new work boot store for sure.
