Believe the negative views, this company is terrible. My package has been sitting there over a week now and they can not even give me a delivery date. I search for polite negative description but the one I come up with is not fit for print.

I had problems with these guys in the past. One time they stabbed a sack of softener resin with a fork. The claim was denied because they said the shipment wasn't palletized properly. Old Dominion transferred a pressure tank to them, shipped from Sacramento on the day before yesterday. It ought to be out for delivery today, but because no one answers the phone (and the voicemail box is full), so I don't know when it will arrive. I just hope it isn't damaged, which was my concern as soon as I found out they had the freight.

By far one of the worst companies I've had to deal with in awhile. Like the previous reviewer stated, they hoard your package, and WILL not give you any info. DHE handed the package off to white bear to deliver about 2 HOURS away.. After a week and a half my customer still hadn't recieved their package, DHE finally just put me in contact with white bear directly. I got to speak with the lovely (Sarcasm) Sharon... After she ignored every single email I sent her, I called and she yelled at me and said "We'll get to it when we get to it," regarding the delivery date on the package... I ended up having to hire a new trucking company to pick it up from their facility and deliver to the customer.. Which mind you, the new company did in one day... Would never ever recommend this company to anyone. After reading other reviews from other people, it amazes me these people are still in buisness, their customer service is garbage.

Steer clear of this carrier! Don't let the good reviews sway you. This carrier has to be the worst company in Fresno County. If anyone got their deliveries on time consider yourself lucky. They will hold your stuff for days to weeks with not as much as a phone call. I have had to hire another trucking company to pick up my stuff and deliver it to me. Their customer service is so unprofessional and extremely rude. From the receptionist, the drivers and the owner. The owner has a temper if you call him out on his terrible business practices.

They don't care about their customers what so ever! I feel sorry for you if you use this company. They don't deserve 1 star.

All of the bad reviews thus far are undeniably accurate. White Bear Transportation has proven itself worthless once again. Both office staff and drivers are incompetent and utterly rude. Never use this company!

This company does not deliver if the weather is bad. When you call they can be rude.Very poor customer service. Twice I have had to drive to their warehouse to pick up my items because they had held them for over a week. Do not use this company.

I run a merchandise company out of Stockton, Ca. I have constant shipments going into Yosemite Nat'l Park at least 3-4 times a week. I was using the large common carriers before 2011 when I found out about White Bear. They have expanded my business due to their great service. Highly Recommended, classy Carrier

I live in Bass Lake, CA and purchased a kayak to be delivered. I received a call the day before they delivered it and was given an precise ETA. Driver was very friendly and helped me put it in my backyard. Very professional company. 5 stars.

Absolutely terrible service, will NEVER have them ship again. I ordered a gym that was delivered by Best Overnite Express and then Interlined with this company; I actually live 35 miles from their distribution center, and it has been with them for 9 days now, with no changes in shipping status. At this time, I'm just hoping it will be delivered, and not lost somewhere!

We ordered a whole bunch of flooring through a party that uses White Bear Transp. We were very happy with the prompt and safe delivery of the 2 very heavy pallets by a very nice delivery guy. The bad review made us unnecessarily nervous. The driver called when he was leaving the warehouse and gave a fairly accurate time when he thought he would be arriving with the delivery. All went extremely well.

Stay away, stay far away! This service is absolutely awful. They lied to me and my customer. They have had my shipment in their possession for the last 7 days, without calling me or my customer to deliver it. The customer and I have called more than 15 times in those 7 days without getting any answers at all. Their service is very, very low quality. If you don't care if your package ever get's delivered, then this is the service for you.
