Fresno Village Florists

I ordered flowers from Fresno Village Florist the morning of Valentine's Day due to my ignorance of not following the holiday. So in order to stay out of the doghouse I ordered a bouquet, a balloon and a teddy bear. To say that the bouquet and service provided by this florist was anything but amazing would be an absolute lie. I really greatly all they did. I have never been able to order flowers the day of Valentine's Day and have exactly what I wanted for my girlfriend and when I wanted it so it all surprised me. This is an amazing shop with friendly management and great service. I would recommend this shop just because of the miracle they pulled off on Valentine's Day. Thanks again

My girlfriend called me crying with joy...thanking me for the beautiful flowers and baloons delivered to her office, ofcourse the credit goes to the extraordinary job that Fresno Village Florist has done, even with all the craziness that goes through a flower shop on valentines day they are extremely organized and unmatched quality control

i recieved flowers from Fresno Village Florist and they were horrible for the price that was paid for them. It looked like they were purchased from the corner of a stoplight and they just stuck their card in it, no wait i have actually seen better looking and fresh ones of the street. This florist used damaged flowers that looked old. The order was for lilies, roses, and carnations. It was a big order and there was only three roses and the rest was the other types of flowers and add-ons. We have known the owners for a while and have done a lot of business with them. This was very disappointing and the bouquet looked horrible and very unprofessional! The presentation of the bouquet was sad too. I understand they get busy around holidays but that does not mean they should do such a sad job. They look different in person than the ones on their website, so order with caution. i appreciate the thought of sending me flowers, so i am not upset with the person who sent them but the floral shop.

Love the arrangements and fast delivery. Thank you Sonya for always doing the best.

It???s not nice to accuse Local businesses, I have been doing Business with this particular florist for the past 10 years and have never ever had any incidents, we had Weddings, Anniversary's, And FUNERALS as well, and I am wondering how in the world you can accuse and tell lies, instead of backing up our local Owners operators and try to solve matters calmly, it seems from the way you are expressing yourself that you are depressed over the Family funeral thing, which I do understand, but you may be need to see a psychiatrist instead of writing a long accusation trying to hurt our local people, or maybe you are not from Fresno and you don???t care, so Shut up and behave yourself, you sound funny with your week accusations

Great Flowers and Great Service

Do NOT use this florist!! I ordered flowers just recently for a funeral which is an important and sad event. The casket spray looked half dead on the inside and our standing spray was not at all what we requested. They neglected to call us when certain color flowers were not available to give us another option or choice. The flowers looked very sad and were an embarrassment to our family and friends. I called the florist and Sonya (manager) was VERY rude and kept telling me that she didn't know what I wanted her to do about it. This shop is Very unprofessional. She began raising her voice and screaming into the phone. If you care at all about who you might be ordering flowers for, please do not use this florist. I would not want anyone else to be treated this way or to expect a beautiful flower arrangment and be sadly mistaken when you see them. Again, Please DO NOT use this florist. I normally would not write a review but this needs to be out in the open. I have never been treated this poorly by a local business. I am appalled at the level of service and the presentation of flowers. Unfortunately, for a funeral, its not like someone can run out and grab different flowers. Again, please stay away from this florist.
