I what I really like about this office is that I am able to walk in and be seen and not a lot of offices will let you do that.

The receptionist there thinks she knows everything on what she's doing. One time she didn't give me an appointment card for my daughter to come back in 4 weeks to get her last set of shots for the year. She than said that she was going to call me to remind me about the appointment but turn out she never did. My daughter is now late on her shots due to her carelessness about the appointment card. I called them back about it and she came up with an excuse, like " Oh, they didn't give you an appointment card?" I was like " they?" She is the only receptionist that works there during the day. I told her what she had told me about her calling me to remind me about the appointment. She than said that " Well, if we try to call, people tend to not answer their phones, so we leave them a message on their answering machine if they don't answer." I told her that I do have an answering machine and I never received a call from them or a message on my machine telling me about the appointment date. I bet when I said that she felt really stupid about it. So I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If they don't really care about the appointment cards, what makes me think they can care for my child and my newborn?
