Had gotten a DUI in Feb. 2012 and found Mathew online.I did get charged but he had more than half of the diving violations dismissed. The prosecutor wanted to charge me to the fullest Mathew went into court and handed him his ass.Unfortunately the judge allowed a handwritten document into evidence because the state could not back up their case without it, I did get charged. I will say that Mathew fought hard for me and turned a nightmare into a workable situation. He asked for a large retainer but worth every penny and investigates the entire charge for you while other lawyers just except the charges send you the bill and you are still left with fines and fees. Thank you Mathew for all your help and traveling so far to come to court.

This attorney came to court on numerous occassions unprepared. After speaking to the court, the court stated that the attorney could go on my behalf instead of my attending needless, waste of time pre court issues. I explained this to the secretary, who I beleive thinks she has a law degree. She still stated no the attorney could not! The secretary would never let me speak to him as each time I called I was told he was out of the office. I later was able to speak to him and she, the secretary never gave him my message nor the court date. The attorney was unaware of the court date! I am so upset that I have hired this guy. What a waste of money. Please consider looking else where. When you call about your case the attorney is available, but once you sign the retainer, you are lucky if he ever calls you. You are also lucky if he is aware of your court date. If you do consider hiring him, make sure you are available to go to court constantly and alone as well BTW.this charge was not serious.

They took 4000 dollars from me to represent me for a DUI charge from Sept of 2005. After 11 appearances in Court and over 2 plus Years, nothing happened , the case is still pending. When I started to complain, he dropped out of the case in November of 2007.My rights to Due Process and a Speedy Trial have been violated and pending, and my rights as to the NJ SUPREME COURT ORDER OF JAN 10, 2006 , THAT ORDERED THE CASE TO PROCEED TO TRIAL, HAVE ALSO BEEN VIOLATED.They took my money and did nothing to represent me with regards to my rights. They did not even respond to more than several simple general and specific DUI question I asked in email.I highly recommend against hiring him.

Can count on them

Matthew W. Reisig has represented me on a number of occasions with favorable results. Mr. Reisig, his associates and staff are very knowledgeable and up to date on all legal matters in NJ. My experience is that once I retained Matthew Reisig, he and his associates and staff have gone above and beyond the requirements of an attorney and his office. The most important part of requiring legal representation is trust and the sense of security. Both of which I have received from Matthew Reisig.
