Hilltop Physical Therapy

Receiving physical therapy at Hilltop changed the course of my pregnancy! I was initially referred for PT due to a pelvic instability which made walking my son to the bus, grocery shopping, taking care of my home and family, and even sleeping difficult to impossible. I then had onset of back pain so bad I'd lay in the floor crying. My physical therapist immediately identified the underlying causes of my pain and began interventions. After only 6 visits the unbearable back pain had reduced from 10/10 (crying on the floor) to a 6/10 at most which was bearable. After a few more visits that pain was 0/10! It felt like a miracle. I was beginning to tolerate grocery shopping and walking my son to the bus stop again. Unfortunately I developed new pain around my ribs which again they immediately identified the cause and began treatment for it and after two weeks of therapy for it I was down to 0/10 again in the ribs. I'm not 100% pain free considering I have a huge stomach pulling my body out of alignment constantly but my pain now only increases briefly to 4/10 (very uncomfortable/mildly painful) at the most on any given day versus 10/10 (crying in the floor) and I've regained so much quality of life. I have no doubt that without the therapists at Hilltop I'd still be crying in the floor with unbearable pain. The three therapists I've worked with have all been professional, compassionate, and demonstrate amazing skills. The Spotsylvania office is clean and well run. If you're looking for PT services definitely give them a call! There is no need to sit around in pain when this group wants to help you.

The physical therapy I have received here is top-notch. From the receptionists to the wonderful therapists this is first -rate all the way. They take pride in their work . They help you to work hard to get better.
