CVS Pharmacy

I think part of the cvs criteria for pharmacy employees is to be extremely rude and inappropriate. I had dropped off an Rx to pick up in an hour and was called back 15min later on my phone. I was told "oh this is expired and we can't call the doctor" which was annoying because they have called my doctor before and filled it, but the part that was insulting was the girl handed back my Rx bottle in a paper towel... is this standard practice? It wasn't wet or dirty and wasn't dripping, so why was it handed back to me like that? I have a condition that makes my hands sweat and that is what the Rx is for, so this was extremely insulting.
