After earning her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Augustana College in 2001, Dr. Jarrett received her doctorate from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2005. After earning her dental degree, Dr. Jarrett completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Howard University Hospital. During her residency, she gained advanced training in oral surgery, implant placement, and rehabilitation of complex dental cases. She continues to remain at the forefront of her profession through successful completion of several continuing education courses including, orthodontics, Invisalign, Cerec technology, Periodontal treatment, PerioProtect, and child management. Should you ever need specialty care, we've partnered with a network of highly trained dental specialists. We will coordinate your specialty care from the initial referral, to active treatment, through follow-up communications We pride ourselves on the vast array of treatment procedures that we provide and look forward to providing you and your family with comprehensive dental care! Myra is our dentist and is fluent in both English and Spanish and was born in El Salvador and raised in Germantown, Maryland. She has a natural ability to quickly pick up on new procedures as well as having a friendly personality. She is responsible for all the operations in the clinical aspect of assisting the Doctors and Hygienists. She is responsible for the sterilization of all instruments and equipment, handles all the ordering of supplies as well as being the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) representative for our office. Myra goal is to make your visit as relaxing as possible greeting every patient with a smile. Myra has a 5 year old son …. And a 3 year old daughter…
