DO NOT go there! I never left any bad review online and because of the horrible experience at Bright now dental, congratulations, you made my the first review! I rencenly just moved to Frederick and trying to schedule a routine cleaning with new dentist. Before I move, I had my teeth cleaning done two a year at a clinic in Bowie, MD and had the same insurance plan for years. Last time when I had my routine cleaning in previous clinic six month ago, I only need to pay $30 co-pay for preventative cares. So I was shocked when the people here told me I need to pay $84 for X ray and $680 for cleaning! I went to front desk ask them politely to check with my insurance and explain to me when there is such a huge difference. The women there didn't even want to explain and told me that is how my insurance is. Then I ask if I can pay $30 co-pay for today and I'll go back to check with insurance why I need to pay for the rest of the list? The women rolled her eyes at me and said I don't care if you don't pay it will go to collection company! If the owner of the clinic is reading my review, I would like you to know that I'm switching my family to other clinic because of the horrible service at the front desk and I will pursade people I know to avoid this place!

Eleven 5 star reviews all within a few weeks of each other, then nothing since. Not too obvious we're giving our own reviews.

That the office manager is excellent and the entire staff. I would recommend this office to all of the residents of Frederick. The doctors have a good bedside manner. Very happy with this office
