Franksville Automotive Service LLC

Maybe a year ago or so, new ownership took over. The new owner's name is Al. Anyway...I wanted to write a quick review because I saw they only had 1 star on yelp from a single review from 2016. This is not accurate...I love this place.
My car died yesterday on my way home from work. (Alternator took a crap which resulted in a dead battery). My wife picked me up at 1am...not happy. I called AAA and told them to tow it to Franksville Automotive. (It is only 3 minutes from my house and I have used them ever since I moved to the area 5 years ago). On the way home, I left them a message stating my car would hopefully arrive sometime today. I explained the symptoms. When I woke up around 11am I called, hoping my car actually arrived. Al said yep we got your message and your car is here. He already had it diagnosed and had a fair price for the repair. I said lets do it and it was ready for pickup 4 hours later. Price was absolutely fair and the work was good. The service was exceptional.

The men that work there are very nice and do a great job. The shop is always clean, so no worries about your car getting all messed up from grease or drit. They tell you up front what the cost is and let you decide if you can afford to do all the work that is needed. They will give you a ride to where ever if you need a ride and come get you when your car is done. Not many places will do that anymore. I have all the confidence in the world in the mechanics.
