        Do not go to this McDonald's!!!food was cold and we got the wrong order twice, The manager Stephanie a real piece of work blamed me for ordering wrong, we subsequently got into an argument and she called the police on me I was with my two little kids!!!! I called corporate they took a report I asked to speak to the owner who did not bother calling me back. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this manager she is one of those millennial know it all smart ass kids. I urge you not to go to this restaurant

        ATTENTION RESIDENTS!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE MCDONALDS ON RT 30 AND HARLEM IN FRANKFORT IL. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE, NEVER IN THE 25 YEARS OF EATING THERE FOOD HAVE I SEEN SUCH POORLY MADE BURGERS. THEY WERE BURNED AND SMASHED .

        SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER MARY REGARDING THE ISSUE, I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND SAID THAT HER STORE MANAGER SANDY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE REFUND THE NEXT DAY. WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH SANDY I WAS INFORMED THAT NO REFUND IS GOING TO BE GIVEN. AGAIN I URGE YOU NOT TO EAT AT THIS LOCATION. THEY LIE AND SERVE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
