Chef Klaus' Bier Stube

In his Daddy's day this place wasn't bad . Not great , but not bad .
The kitchen staff seems to no longer be supervised in German cuisine . The were shown ... but then no cared enough to check up on how they were doing . Now you get Authentic Mexican German . No fault of the chefs . They just need to be shown what they are supposed to be putting out .
The Bar food is fine , ample and a fair price .
For dinner or lunch ... you just are not getting good Deutsche essen for the price you are paying .
For good , Real German food , head down Center road to the German American club . There you can find what you ate when you were in Deutschland .
