Vieux Coulee

Our lease started out great, until the new busboom management took over. Office staff are friendly until you've signed the papers. Facilities such as the drinks and pet pick up stations aren't as kept up as they were previously. Parking is horrendous! Prepare to park a few buildings away at night. The apartments aren't bad, but definitely outdated compared to those others around. The best thing about the apartment is the area. You can't beat living on the river, but next time I'll choose a different apartment complex to do so.

Definitely not recommended..just because they put in new cabinets and new carpet they consider this property to be "high class" (and charge you a fortune in rent). I've found mice droppings in my cabinets and I still have roaches in my bathroom after I've complained several times. I feel the office is very unorganized when it comes to handling tenant problems. They were supposed to caulk my bathroom wall a month ago to keep the roaches out! Then after I told them about my "problem" they called 45min later and asked how I was going to pay a 50 transfer fee b/c I transfered from one apartment to another. This was AFTER another girl in the office says that I can pay the transfer fee as soon as I came up with the money b/c they charged me a fortune to transfer! Are you kidding me?! I'm like "Did you not hear what I just said?!" The money isn't the problem but I don't feel as if they care about their tenants and only care about collecting money. I mean roaches and mice droppings? Really?!
