        Don't buy insurance for the items purchased it won't cover for it. I bought a 5 year insurance and they are not willing to cover for my living room . The insurance policy stated that it would cover for damages like rips,scratched, and any break. That's what happened to mine and I was told my insurance was " canceled " for all 3 couches because of a burn on 1 of my couches. I understand it cannot cover for burn on couch buy I don't see why the other 2 can't be covered.

        famsa is not as professional as i thought when u are late with a payment one day they will call from your neighbors to your friends to all your family,and they don't understand that people have to make payments a little late when money is a little tight. i don't think ill ever buy anything from them ever again i rather go to an american furniture store.
