Express Wave Laundry

Hello. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt I should because this is a very good store. Laundromats are usually not kept in a good condition. But this store is awesome. This is also very cheap because they offer free dry. They have free internet wifi. I will come here again.

This is by far the cleanest laundry in the area. Every time I go, this place is fresh and clean. They have so many washers that there is never a wait. I have three kids and I always felt that I was welcome. Other places hate you when you go with kids. Other places cut off air conditioning to save money, but this place is always air conditioned. Particular kudos to the attendant, Myra, who was great! Will recommend to anyone.

Free Wifi and super clean facilities. They have super cheap prices and have free dry. This is the largest laundromat I have seen, and they have plenty of machines available all the time. I only come here occasionally, but find that this place is the best wash and dry place in the area. You see a lot of children playing around.

Been going here for almost 2 years now. There is a huge problem with people who are washing clothes for their business taking up all the washers and dryers, not to mention floor space. However it is very clean and well kept machines. Only problem I have is with the occasional rude employee. There is currently an evening employee who makes everyone move out of the chairs and stand until the laundry is done. She wants to go home early I guess so she doesn't care about leaving the 20 or so customers standing! She leaves an area with 4 seats available. That is bad business in my book. Not to mention I have seen her allow Hispanic customers to still sit while making other nationalities move. Bad for business! I will probably have to find somewhere else. Very disappointing.

I forgot to add to my last post that when I asked the attendant for help with the dryer situation she told me she couldn't do anything about it and that this matter was between the owner of the laundry mat and the people who are using up all the dryers and acted like she didn't care. Not happy with this place right now, looks like I'll have to find a new place to wash.

I have been using express wave for over a year now and was really satisfied till just recently because they are letting people who have tons of clothes to wash so they can sell use every dryer and there aren't any left for the regular people who are not using the laundry mat as a business. I have a full time job and when I get out and go wash after work I don't want to have to be there all night or over stuff the dryers because there aren't enough left for everyone else.

This is one of the best Laundromats in this city. Only few yards to I-35 makes it facility approachable from farther distance. Several new washing machines with varied sizes ranging from 12 lbs to 55 lbs. Above all this is very clean. Love the staff there and FREE DRYING.

Great laundry. Been to a lot over the years and this is by far the cleanest. Will use again next time I am in town.

I have been there several times with my small wash. I have not seen any Laundromat this clean and tidy in this part of Fort Worth. The staff is very helpful. I did not know how to buy and use a card. The manager showed me and she also said, I could return the card back to them and get refund of unused credit and the cost of the card.

I've been here twice and both times I was disappointed. The first time I had my clothes stolen out of the dryer while on the other side of the laundromat. The second time, because I couldn't see my clothes, I moved the bench just a tad and was rudely told I can't do that so I sat on the floor. I will never wash here again!!!
