On Aug 9. Cynthia Baty McKenzie, Houston Texas, hit our 2009 GMC truck, she blew our tire and bent the rim and caused more damage to the undercarriage (so much was removed because of the size limit, im not even going to try and fit it all in, see other reviews)

2. Empower repeatedly and casually hung up on me dozens of times. The adjuster, Robin Lockhart, was by far the worst offender. She was rude and never let me speak. When I would try and say anything she would immediately hang up on me. I asked her in an email, politely, to provide her supervisor information. She ignored my request several times, until the 3rd time that I asked she just said "no".

3. Empower informed me that their insured would be absolved of all responsibility in this accident if she refuses to cooperate. Basically all she has to do is ignore a phone call and she wins. Well, today, Sept. 9, 30 days after their insured hit us and left us without a vehicle, they awarded their insured the claim.

Only use them if you have a paid attorney, cause most likely you're gonna end up hiring one.
Average waiting on hold for claims is 45 min
Take your money somewhere else
