Appliance Connection

I wish I would have read the reviews from the BBB before doing business with these guys. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED. The tech was literally rushing into my home looking at my appliance for just a couple minutes. I asked him a few questions and while he just seemed impatient like he was in a hurry and I was keeping him from somewhere else he would rather be. Then he quote me $350 what???? NO THANK YOU .We found someone through a friend and he come out and took things apart and took his time and did a great job way cheaper. So disappointed in this company. I did some research and everywhere I look I see bad reviews and I see almost exact same bad reviews .Save yourself money and call someone else.

I would recommend being very cautious in using this company. They (to my opinion) are extremely overpriced. I just had a washer door latch replaced on a Whirlpool Duet, the cost of the part ~$75.00, time to install ~8 minutes, total bill $299.01. If you do the math, I think you will see that equals ~$27.38 per minute (or ~$1642.50 per hour). Would you say a little high for appliance repair? Called and got the explanation of how they were running an office, had to look the part up, do the paperwork for ordering, service run, etc. They got me once; but, never again.

Everybody there is very friendly and helpful, I have been a customer of them a few years now and have no reason to go elsewhere.

I am a busy mom who does not have time to deal with the stress of a broken washer! I called Appliance Connection and the lady on the phone knew right away what was going on with my washer just by my description. She sent a tech over within 2 hours with the right parts needed to fix it!. The tech was courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend Appliance Connection.

I was very pleased with Appliance Connection. I scheduled with Sherree over the phone. She was able to send a tech out the same day, he showed up diagnosed my GE refrigerator and was able to fix it . I could not have been happier. I would recommend Appliance Connection to my friends and family!

I had an appointment to get my dryer fixed. I left work 2 hours early in order to meet the time slot they had for me. After waiting an hour and forty-five minutes I decided to call and see if the technician was going to be on time.



That is when I was informed that they had canceled my appointment and all others due to inclement weather! When I questioned whether a line of thunderstorms moving through the area was really a good reason for canceling all of the appointments for the afternoon I was met with silence. I then told her that I had missed 2 hours of pay to make this appointment and she said "sorry if $60 dollars is going to break you" and hung up on me! I've never had the manager of an appliance service store hang up on me!



I could understand if the work was outside, or if there were tornado warnings, but this was not the case. This was a thunderstorm moving in ahead of a cool front. You don’t get tornados from that.



Maybe a better response would have been, "we are very sorry and we'd like to make it up to you by rescheduling your appointment with a significant discount on the service".



I will be recommending to my 63 employees that they not use this service for there home appliance needs!

I wish I could give this company a -5 stars. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The repairmen didn't call before coming to the appointment, he just showed up. He couldn't give me the correct diagnostic. He kept saying it may be this or it may be that. It might cost this or it might cost that. I never got a written contract. Everything was sent to my e-mail, and even then it didn't give itemized details of the repairs. They made several unsuccessful trips out to my house and they still didn't fix the problem. I wouldn't even refer my worst enemy to this company.



I should have read the other reviews before I called them.

I usually don't write reviews but this place was truly amazing!! Their staff is very courteous and helpful. Sherie & Dedre were exceptional to work with too. I have a rental house and the fridge went out New Yrs Day. I have a home warranty through Choice Home Warranty and this company was referred to me. I called them the next day and they would have been able to get in that day, but the time consulting with my tenants and getting back to them - that spot was taken quickly. They were able to get there the next day. Their repairman called and regrettably told me that the fridge has died and it would cost way to much to fix - it would be best to get another one. He recommended specific brands and even some outlet places to check. He was extremely helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and will use them again (hopefuly I wont have to though)!!!!

Great Experience. For those of you looking for any kind of appliance repair appliance connection is the place to go. The girls in the office (I talked to them both) were very kind and helpful in all ways possible. They were friendly and got me scheduled right away. Tech came out same day and fixed my washing machine in less than an hour. I will definitely call them with any further needs with my appliances! Thanks again guys for a job well done.

Two words.. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Fast friendly and efficient service. This is how it played out. I called Appliance Connection on a Wednesday around 10 am and told them my fridge was not making ice. The friendly staff answered the phone with a friendly tone and got me on the schedule for that same day between 4-6 (which is their last appt. of the day) Taylor came out in a professional wrapped service car and dressed professionally with a shirt with the company name on. He had the parts to fix my ice maker in his car and finished the job in about 30 mins start to finish! I was blown away by what an amazing experience I endured. I will tell all my friends and family about this great company and my fantastic experience!! Thank a bunch for everything Appliance Connection.

What a wonderful company!! My dryer quit heating so I called Appliance Connection which I found on Google. Taylor came out to my house same day and had the parts ready in hand to fix my dryer. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and I will recommend them to all my friends and family!! Thank you Appliance Connection for being an honest and reputable company!!

Thank you, Thank you Appliance Connection!! There are not enough NICE things I could say about this company. My washing machine was leaking all over my laundry room and I had another company (which I wont slander on the internet) come out and tell me that I needed to replace my washer. AS most would do I called Appliance Connection to come out and give me a second opinion as their service call was affordable. The tech told me I needed to replace the water pump and had the part already to get it done same day. I will definitely call them back for ALL my appliance needs!!! Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service!!! 2 THUMBS UP!!!!

They did a great job, but my product was a piece of trash! Appliance Connection sent Taylor. He was professional, polite and incredibly respectful. When he came in to assess the problem, he was careful to explain what he was doing. The problem he assessed was a factory issue, but he was willing to go above and beyond explain exactly the issue. Unfortunately, Whirpool was nowhere near as cooperative, as they sold me a piece of junk. Thank you, Taylor, and Appliance Connections. You did a great job!

I only have praises and thanks for you!!

Our Kenmore washer had a burnt smell and was not agitating. Ryan\'s Appliance came to repair it and said it needed a new pump. We paid $150.00. It did not work. Then I called Dyer Appliance & Repair; the serviceman said it needed either a new motor or the transmission. We paid $64.94. Appliance Connection came to work on it and found the problem was with the TIMER!!. You are a real professional, competent, experienced and dependable company! I will strongly recommend you to friends and family. Thanks so very much!

I had Sears come out and look at my LG refrigerator. He basically did not know what he was doing and told me to call the manufacture and still charged me! I was very upset. My friend recommend Appliance Connection and said they could fix my problem.. So, I gave them a call and I could not be happier! They were very kind and on task. When Taylor came out he was very informative and helped me understand the issue. He took his time explained why and how the issue occurred, he didn't rush! His knowledge on new appliances was outstanding! I will NEVER use a different appliance repair company!
