        I go there a lot. In 2006 they had different employees. I can assure you the new employees are a lot better. Go in and ask for Matt, he's really good and polite. I love the manager Phil as well. He is by far the nicest man I've ever met and really helpful.

        I did not have a good experience.I will not go their again even though I live in Ft Thomas.

        I took my Mazda in to have the oil changed and tires rotated on Mon. Jan. 2, 2006 at 10:00am. I was told it would be atleast 2 hours so I left my car and phone number and was told I would be called. Finally at 4:00pm I called the Ft.Thomas location and was told my car was finished. I came in and paid and took my receipt indicating the oil had been changed and my tires had been rotated. When I got out to my car I checked to see if infact my tires had been rotated (I specifically knew because they were marked) to my chagrin they had not been rotated! I went back in to complain and was told they did not need to be rotated. Why was a service not done appearing on my receipt? Furthermore you are creating liability for Michael Tire because I as the consumer left there "thinking" my tires had infact been rotated which means I would not have checked on them and my tires would have worn out sooner! Also I just called them today since the oil reminder sticker was not put on my window.
