Their driver swung out and almost hit my car had I not slammed on my breaks. I called to inform them and they said it was my fault (I had the right of way). They need to have their drivers take Drivers Ed and learn to apologize for their mistakes.

My hot water heater went out last weekend so I called the office and left them a message, I told them that it was not an emergency & a call back on Mon. would be fine. They returned my call shortly after 7 am and in a couple of hours (Adam) had it checked out and was explaining that it needed a new release valve and what it was going to take to fix it (parts, time wise, costs) and within about 15 minutes he had it up and running. We appreciated his honesty because neither of the two of us know much about plumbing???? He really seemed knowledgeable about his work and enjoyed doing it. A real pleasure to be around. All in all, I would say this was a great experience dealing with Benefit Plumbing. Fast, friendly, experienced people and great prices. We'll be a customer for life and happy, and confident in referring them to others who need their services. GOOD JOB ADAM!
