Total Home really came through on my commercial property. I was in a hurry and didnt know who to call. Thankfully Total home was there to save the day. Great to work with, honest and excellent craftsman.

Our home is over 50 years old and we needed to prepare it for sale. Total Home and Business Repair came highly recommended and certainly lived up to their reputation. We needed numerous things to be done including assorted repairs, exterior and interior painting, driveway sealing, pavers cleaned and sealed, etc. He gave us a detailed estimate and made sure that the work was completed professionally on time and meeting our satisfaction. Whatever we needed, they were able to do. We could not be more pleased with the work done by this company. Highly recommend!

I called THB based solely on the glowing reviews I read online. I wasn't disappointed at all. Derrick is a really cool guy, and even stopped me from having a separate contractor come out to do stucco work, informing that it was part of the prep work for painting. His team was always timely, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I'll definitely be calling them for future work.

We have hired Total Home & Business for painting exterior of my house. We are very happy about the result. They did an amazing job. And the most of all, their price was excellent. Nobody can beat that!! We are planning to ask him to paint interior of my house.

Got 3 estimates to repaint the house and his was in the middle. Derrick seemed like he was the most genuine guy after meeting with him and going over what we wanted so we hired him. He emailed us to tell us when his guys would start the job and they showed up when he said and they did a great job working through this heat and rain so we are very happy. I hired Total Home and Business to paint the exterior of my home. They did an outstanding job and my house looks amazing. I am extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them to others.

Have a vacation condo in Pompano. Derrick worked with the Condo Board to submit all License, Insurance, Workman's Comp, etc. and started on time (actually a day early) and finished on time. Made an outdated kitchen look fresh and new. Stripped 25 year old wall paper, repaired surfaces, repainted walls and ceilings as well as the interior and exterior of cabinets. Worked to my exact paint specs. His crew (Joey and Javier) were on time everyday and worked within the rigorous parameters of The Condo Association. Did some extra work I'd requested (because of my lack of planning) but responded with "Well - we'll just make it right so your happy." YP doesn't allow pre and post pics, but I would post them as a visual testament to the quality of his work. Bottom line - he's fair, hard working, and was genuinely committed to my satisfaction. By way of this post, I'm giving Derrick permission to give my contact info to anyone who'd like to speak directly about him and his work. There are a lot of garbage contractors in FL and Derrick is not one of them. You're safe to select him and will be pleased with his work which is high praise from a guy who expects quality work at a fair price.

We have had Derrick do many painting and repair jobs on various commercial properties we manage all over the country. He has always been very reliable and provided our company with great service. We needed our office building painted and from the time I called Derrick and he came out to meet me on site he was very knowledgeable and professional. Once we got his estimate and a couple others he was right in the middle price wise and we just felt he would do the best job. He had his guys come do the job when he said they would and the workers were very efficient and worked around all our staff coming and going. The job was done perfectly

It was wonderful!! I was able to meet with Derrick initially, but after that, we had to do most communicating via email or phone as we do not live in the area. Derrick was responsive to our every need, something that made this project a little unique is we had to have everything done within two weeks as new tenants were moving in. He ensured that everything would be completed in time, he worked quickly and professionally and left the place looking better than when we had lived there - and with time to spare. We will definitely be using Total Home and Business again!!

We had these guys come out and paint our house and then they also did a list of maintenance type repairs and everything they did was perfect. My list of repairs has been building up and I just couldnt get anyone interested in doing the small stuff but Derrick said it was no problem and it wasnt for him at all. They were all completed perfectly. Excellent service from these guys.

These guys did a fantastic job at painting my home. It was a tricky job and a large house but they did the job better than I could have expected and everything looks great. GREAT COMPANY ! REPAIRED OUR OLD WALLS AND PAINTED . LOOKS LIKE NEW. CAME ON TIME AND FINISHED EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE. COVERED OR MOVED EVERYTHING OUT OF THE WAY AND REPLACED IT ALL WHEN FINISHED. LEFT WHOLE AREA CLEAN ! WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND RARELY ARE WE LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
