She was recommended to me by two of my co-workers, everyone said she's the best. She is so nice! She speaks almost nothing in Korean but still she tried her best to communicate with my parents and she is so patient. My parents love her! And trust me, for Koreans of the older generation to say that they love a Chinese lawyer, it's a huge deal. Old school Koreans don't like Chinese much, I had a hard time convincing my parents to go. But once they were there they warmed up to Kristy immediately and they love her!

Its not exaggerating to say that Kristy saved me and turned my life around. Never have I met someone so caring and genuine. She cared about me, her advices were all tailored to fit me and my unique situation, which is what I hoped for when I looked for an attorney. She really knows what she's doing and she does everything in my best interest, best attorney ever.

Kristy Q is very professional and sweet all the good things that people say about her over the internet is completely true and accurate with my personal experience. she is a total sweetheart and she wants nothing more then to give you the best help you can get and get you out of whatever trouble you're in. She saved my life I will never forget that

Best darn lawyer ever! At first I was hesitant to use her service because she looks younger than my youngest son. She was, however, the only lawyer that I could talk on the phone, through email, ask a million questions even before I went to her office to meet her for the first time. From the details that she gave me in her answers, I decided that she was very knowledgeable and I decided to hire her. It turned out to be the best decision in my life. I have coworkers in situations like mine. The lawyers they hired didn't do half of what Kristy did for me, and they charged twice as much. Kristy is an effective straight shooter, she doesn't B-S people, she told me the possible outcomes from the get go knowing that I may not decide to go for bankruptcy after knowing the answers to my questions. My coworkers' lawyers lied to them, told them what they wanted to hear, all just to lure them in, charge them, and left them in a worse situation. I'm very happy with Kristy.

She's ok. She handled my case without any unwanted or unexpected issue just like she promised, but she wasted a good deal of my time. I only wanted to pay someone to take care of my problems without being annoyed. Although this woman did the first half, she annoyed the heck out of me by explaining how the law works from head to toe, and by "keeping me informed all the way", even after I told her I only wanted to get a yes or no answer and be left the f alone the rest of the way. So in sum, if you're the type that likes someone to explain how things work and to "take your hand and walk you through every step of the way" or "safely navigate through the minefield of the legal world" then by all means hire Kristy, she will do a fantastic job, better than what you can ever expect from any lawyer probably. But if you're someone like me, who just wants to pay someone and be left alone during the process of your case until it's over, go elsewhere.

Let me be fair. she is very knowledgeable of the subjects she handles, she is also very timely, very professional, courteous and has a smile that would just warm your heart and brighten your day. I'm giving her 4 stars instead of 5 because I find her communication method too advanced for folks of an older generation like me. I'm 70, I come from an era where electronic communication was not possible. I don't mind emails, internet courses, or anything of that nature. Attachments, on the other hand, were a hassle to me. I prefer papers that I can touch, I prefer hard copy mails that I can place in the outbox myself. Kristy, however, insisted that I should send her everything electronically if possible, and sent me all my legal paperwork via email attachments. She would have accepted hard copy mail as well but she said it would delay the process. She insisted that eventually everything has to be filed electronically and therefore that is also the way she prefers. I believe her, it was just somewhat inconvenient. My grand daughter used her before and she absolutely loved it. But for me, it was somewhat of a hassle. I had to ask my grand daughter to help me every time I had to sent something over to Kristy. For folks of a younger generation, I'm sure that won't be a problem. For me, however, it was not the most convenient thing of the world.

What an amazing lawyer this woman is! She is everything and more you can ask for in a lawyer. I first went to one of those meat packing factory type mills that advertise everyday on TV, I don't care what good things other "testimonials" said about them I didn't like them. I then went to KQ based on a friend's recommendation. I was hesitant at first because of her youthful appearence. But the more I talked to her the more she grew on me. She offered so much more useful information even before I signed up. and beause my friend and her family had such good results with her I decided to hire her. She turned out to be the best decision I've ever made in my life. I'm not joking or exagerating. screw the other lawyers, KQ is my girl fro now on!

Not only is Kristy a wonderful attorney, she's a wonderful person! She was recommended by LawQA, a free legal question answering website. She had answered over 2000 questions and many attorneys around the country endorsed her. When I called her, I told her up front that I may not be able to pay to hire an attorney. She spent over 30 minutes giving me free advice over the phone anyway. Other attorneys I called before simply told me to F off. I was so touched! I referred my distressed auntie to her. My auntie absolutely loved her! Now every single person in her office goes to Kristy for legal advice. She's super honest, super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She's not the type that would tell you what you want to hear to gain your business. She gives you advice that is true and best to your unique situation, even if that means no business for her. She only cares about helping people. I'm so greatful for her!

she's a wonderful lawyer and a wonderful human being. some non-lawyer service screwed up my case and kristy took over and fixed everything. she didn't even charge me because i'm old, with many disabilities, with no income and no family. i'm happy with her.

I was always of the opinion that lawyers sucked andthey only want to take all your money and leave you in an even worse place. I m satisfied w/ her service overall, everybody loves her. She s brilliant, respectful, professional, do right by her clients and reasonable. She turned me off in the beginning cus she looks young. After going to many older attorney, however, I decided her age don t matter cus she actually knows more than those older attorneys and charges less than those attorneys. Moreover, the older ones gave my file to some younger associates that had no clue what they were doing after meeting me for 15 minutes. If I was going to be treated by someone young, why don t I go to one that knows what she s doing right? I m very happy that I hired her, it turned out to be the best decision I ve ever make.

I'm so thankful, I can't thank Kristy enough, she made everything as painless as possible and she was very supportive thru the most stressful period of my life, I will never forget how much she helped me and I will tell everyone I know of her greatness as an attorney

Sometimes I felt like she cared about the outcome of my case more than myself, I liked that bc I'm a slacker and needed someone to remind me of things I needed to do to get my case moving forward. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that she called me at 8 in the morning and most of the time I was still sleeping, but it's ok bc I'm not allowed to talk at work she wouldn't be able to reach me from 9 to 6. Also when you see her in front of the judge she is so much more competent than other lawyers. I think she was the only one who didn't get yelled at the whole afternoon that I was there for my motion hearing bc she was the only one that did everything on time.
