Francis Air Conditioning

They are not a good business. They did my install and I had issues with the ac system. They showed up late and sometimes not at all. I had issues with the coil leaking and they tried to have me to pay to have the copper lines replaced. I had to argue with them back and forth to get them to replace the coil. It was so bad dealing with this company that I had to contact the news station. The link is below

Francis Air conditioning was great, customer service was very professional and after they gave me apointement 2 technicians arrived and fixed the issue on my AC in a hour. Prices are reasonable due to the quality of service and job they have provided.
I can't say enough thank you to the wonderful staff who works at this company. Now my AC unit is completely repaired and my family feels way cooler, I also appreciated the air duct cleaning they have provided, the quality of the air and the smell have totally improved.

The 2 servicemen were personable, courteous, professional and very respectful of our property. They quick diagnosed our problem w the dryer /vent, explained what they needed to do and unclogged our dryer pipe on the roof so that the venting would function properly and not pose a fire hazard.

Our air conditioner stopped working on late afternoon of Black Friday. We called Francis Air and got fixed overnight without extra charges. The techs are professional and intelligent.

Francis Air Conditioning worked perfect for me.
They came to check the AC system on a Sunday, something that not too many companies do.
Alberto, their thecnician, was very kind amd knowledgeable and worked with me to find the best solution for my house. I bought a new condenser and a new AC system from them and the installation was next day.

Please I warn everyone, stay away. They will take your money and not deliver. They will not fix your A/C correctly. Horrible customer service and they don't have an office.

Francis air is always there for me the minute we need someone to do something they are there for us. Alberto is always answering the phone and get his techs out asap.

Me and my husband have been experienced with over ten different air conditioning companies and we hate them thankfully we came across francis! They take your time with you never rip you off and are always on time they call right back you don't have to chase them like many other companies

My Air Duct was cleaned last in 2014 and I wasn't sure how often that should be cleaned. So my sister Jackie contacted several Air Duct Cleaning companies and they all declined the job with no particular reason. Francis Air Conditioning was the only company willing to take me. They accepted the job and cleaned our Air Duct system. They did a really good job on the cleaning. Best Company so far.

Since we recently bought our house, I originally called to have someone from the home warranty come check out the a/c that wasn't working properly. After being told nothing was covered under home warranty and was given a long list of things that needed updating, I called Francis A/C because one of my neighbors highly recommended them and of course, the great Google reviews. I called and luckily received an appt the same day! George came out and was completely honest and gave me his professional opinion about my problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and straight to the point without being pushy. So far my experience has been great and I hope to continue to use Francis A/C for future assistance when we replace our unit.

I found out about this company while on yp and I'm so glad out of all other companys I chose this one. I'm a owner of several condominiums in West Palm Beach and because I trusted the reviews left I now have technicians doing several jobs for me. I love the 24/7 service they offer at any time of day they're always responsive and polite at any time of day Shout out to Cindy in the office she scheduled me ahead of others!

Technicians are on their feet they're not slow or lazy like others have been in my past experience with other companys. I once hired Sears to do a home install and they were terrible they spent the whole day trying to figure out what to do
Only thing I didn't like about this company was how busy they are although they try to schedule you with priority sometimes they're just too busy

My central air conditioning started to leak water had no idea what could have been wrong and the ac did not want to turn on and my kids were complaining about the heat . I didn't know who to call at 11pm at night but I finally found this company they made it to me with in 1 hour of me hanging up the phone and had the problem fixed in another hour I was shocked to see a man working so late to get home but I was glad he did . they were very polite and professional. You can tell that the man knew what he was doing And the best part about it was the price I honestly thought they would take advantage of me I was already preparing my self to pay an expensive bill but it was more affordable than I had expected. At the end of the day my children went to sleep happy and so did I am so glad I used Francis air conditioning services. THANK YOU SO MUCH .
