I didn't know selling jewelry could be so simple, all my friends were trying to make me change my mind, saying these places only want to trick you and that they pressure you into selling at a very low price. I can't speak for other companies but at Florida Gold Exchange nothing like this happened, the employee working there was incredibly nice and patient, she explained to me how the process works, told me about their offers and so on; overall, it was a very comfortable place to be in, I would come back here to sell jewelry anytime.

I was very pleased with the service here- The place is very neat, you can tell right from the entrance that they care about making a good first impression. I was happy with the money I received overall, however, I have to give them a 4 stars rating because they didn't pay extra for small diamonds.

Went to 4 different places before settling with Florida Gold Exchange, they offered me almost $200 more than what the previous places had offered. I definitely recommend getting as many estimations as possible but make sure you come here as well before making your decision, it only takes about 10-15 minutes. Will definitely come here first next time.

I had a small ziplock bag with some pieces of jewelry I've been meaning to sell for the longest time. So I finally decided today was the day I was going to get rid of them. Did a fast search on Google and these guys came up. When I got there everyone was so nice and professional. It took less than 30 minutes for them to estimate and give me an offer, left there with way more money than I thought I would. Definitely recommended!

Great Deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I had couple of gold chains and earrings, which I wanted to sell, but local pawn store didn't really offer a good price. My friend recommended Florida Gold Exchange .So I went to their office, conveniently located in Fort Lauderdale ,the girl over there evaluated my items,weighted and tested right in front of me , and gave me cash!!!!!!!!! Quick and easy!!!!!! I will definitely recommend it to my friends!!!!!!!

I've got some real horror stories about selling gold jewelry - I went to several places in Fort Lauderdale and I wish I had come here first!



I tried a coin shop, a "gold buyer", and two jewelry stores before coming here. I had quite a bit of stuff to sell so I thought it was worth the time to shop around.



At the coin shop, I waited 20 minutes before anyone even looked at my stuff. The guy was short with me and kind of rude. They offered me $2800.



The gold buyer was nice, but only offered me $2300!



I went to two jewelry stores on Federal Hwy. One offered me $2900, which was nice, but then they told me I could only get that price if I used the $2900 as an in-store credit! Otherwise it was going to be $2100 if I took a check!?



The associate at the second jewelry store seemed very disinterested in helping me. I honestly felt like I was imposing on them because I was open about not wanting to buy anything, just sell.



Finally I stopped at FL Gold Exchange. "Sherry" was very sweet, and took her time explaining the process to me. She offered me $3100, without me telling her about any other offers I'd received. I was given the option of cash or check too.



The environment was nice, and Sherry just made me feel very comfortable and like she was glad to help me. After the sale I told her about my experiences, and she asked me to leave a positive review for her! So I admit that I was asked to leave this review, but I am glad to do so! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to sell gold in Fort Lauderdale.

I shopped around to sell my gold... I didnt have a large amount. I walked in this store and it was clean, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I walked out with more cash than I expected and the feeling that I went to the right place.....
