DENIED MY 2 YEAR OLD WITH BRAIN CANCER FINANCIAL SUPPORT. In October of 2014 I relocated due to domestic violence in November 2014 my daughter was diagnosed with an aggressive cancerous brain tumor. As a single mom of 2, unable to work due to my daughters cancer and a 3 year member of this church I was denied! I reached out to Coral Ridge for some financial support because I found myself desperate with the hospital and personal bills. I spoke with Greg one of the officers and he told me that the committee had denied my request due to the fact that I was no longer local even though my move was only a couple months before. He stated that the 3 years as a member were not relevant. This is in NO WAY an example of Jesus Christ.

In my opinion and view of God it is shameful and a sin to deny help like this to ANY human in this position.



This is what you can expect from this congregation.

It is sad that you got the wrong idea. I do not attend the church, but I watch Dr. Kennedy on TV, and sometimes he will say something that others may have heard, and then he sets the record straight. He may have said that someone asked him about this, and then he explained what this person heard, and then shared the Gospel. I am sorry you never returned. Dr. Kennedy was an awesome man. You can not go back to see him there, since he has gone home to be with his Lord and Saviour, but you can watch his sermons on TV. They have an awesome website where you can download his sermons free; you just have to sing up to be able to view them. tiam.org is teh homepage. Enjoy.
