What a pleasure to work with. Got a brand new engine in 3 days shipped right to my mechanic. He loves the new engine and installed it without any problems. He told me he is going to start buying from Auto iWeb because of the speed and easiness of replacing the engine. I would highly recommend them.

Unlike this long list of people who practically states that the engines they bought practically saved their lives and state of mind, I cannot deny that Tim's experience almost speaks of my experiences with AutoIWeb's defective engines, which I do NOT believe are factory built, like their homepage advertisements state. Yes, they have sent DEFECTIVE ENGINES; they sent me three (3!), and the dealership's service dept mechanics, literally, had to repair the third one received, which was mechanically defective, and AutoIWeb refused to pay for those repairs, leaving me to have to pay for it in order to get my car back. Additionally, AutoIWeb advertises , in their webpage, that they pay "$58 per hour labor with no cap." They only paid $50 per hour, not $58, towards warranty repair costs when they sent their completely defective and unusable second, of 3, engines. They've been giving me the runaround about giving me my money, leaving me with no alternative but to institute a legal action against them. Auto iWeb saved me hundreds of dollars! My car had been making noise and I was waiting for my tax refund to come in to buy an engine. I called Auto iWeb and they gave me the option of a new engine and a used engine. They recommended that since i was going to keep my vehicle for a while to buy a new engine. That day my refund was deposited and I called them back and ordered the new engine. It was better than i expected and it went in super easy. It started on the first try and I am now driving my car again. It is actually driving better than it did the first day I got it with much more power! You guys are the best!!

All units are tested before they leave your distribution center. If they don’t pass our rigorous testing then they will not be shipped.

　

This engine arrived in broken parts with rust. There is no way this unit was tested. It is junk. It will never pass

any safety inspection or diagnostics.

　

I need it picked up by Estes or whatever shipping company and returned to you ASAP

for a refund.

Love my new 5.4L 3 valve engine! When my engine died in my F150 I was so upset and Rick from Autoiweb talked to me and explained to me that this was a common problem with the 3 valve engines. He explained everything that they do to correct the problems with this engine and promised me that i would love my new engine.



I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY! I had the new eingine put in 3 months ago and i am so happy. My truck didnt run this well when it was brand new. Thank you Rick and Autoiweb for my new engine and for making me love my truck again. If you are going to keep your vehicle i would only buy from these guys because they are the best.

Got my new transmission in 1 day!



What a great company! I needed a transmisison and Auto iWeb sent me a NEW transmission cheaper and faster than everyone else wanted for a rebuilt and used.



I use my truck for business and my transmission went out on a Sunday night. I called Auto iWeb on Monday morning and I had my new transmission on Tuesday and was back using my truck for business on wednesday. Thanks guys you are the best and saved me a fortune.

My New Engine Arrive Early



Love these guys! Not only did I get my new engine but I got it 2 weeks sooner than they had told me! It came perfect wrapped and in a sealed container. Installation was a piece of cake and my truck is running better than it did when it was new! When my transmission goes I will be calling them for that too.

Thank you to Rick at Autoiweb for taking the time to get me the correct engine for my truck. I dont know a lot about engines and Rick took his time and walked me through identifying exactly which engine I had. Auto iweb actually took the time to help me instead of just shooting me a price and hanging up the phone.



My engine was a special build and was finished 2 weeks earlier than promised and delivered to my mechanic. Engine went in with no problem and my mechanic love the ease of working with them.



I hope I never need another engine but if I do I will call Autoiweb again. Finally a company that is doing something right. Bravo.

What a great experience with Auto iWeb Engines. I was searching for the best place to buy a new engine for my Ford Truck 3 valve engine. My sales person Rick was informative, honest, and they delivered what they promised.

I searched quite a bit online trying to find a good price on a transmission repair. My main concern was the warranty. I found Auto iWeb and they met every expectation. They were the best warranty and the best delivery.

It took this company 4 weeks to get a replacment engine. I would call 2 times a day and never receive a call (call records). When I did get a call they said to bring it to a mecanic, I did and I called them back when it was there. They didnt call me back for a week. they continued to run me in circles and not call me back for 3 more weeks. I rented a car for those 4 weeks that cost $1000 out of my pocket. They finally got the engine and they claim it was fuel washing that caused the rings to fail. I talked to 2 mechanics, and the dealer and they said that is impossible since my Jeep is Fuel injected and computer controlled. They refuse to reimburse me for the mechanic and the rent a car since they say it wasn't a manufacture defect. The engine went out in ;ess than 300 miles on it. I am going to report them on all the Jeep forums I go to, the BBB, Facebook and more.

Auto iWeb made me a VERY HAPPY customer! They delivered a new engine to me when they said they would. They came back and picked up the old engine quickly and returned my core deposit so fast I didn’t even expect it when I got it. I have bought different engines before from companies promising these 5 and 7 year warranties and was extremely disappointed with what I got. Auto iWeb’s engine was new. It was sealed in a plastic container and there was no hidden small print in their warranty. I am extremely happy and will highly recommend their products from now on.

I will only buy from Auto iWeb. About five years ago I was in the need for a new supplier for engines and transmissions. I have been in the automotive industry for over thirty years and have owned my own repair shop for the last twenty of them. We have a very loyal client base and my customers expect the best product that they can get at a good va lue. Like I said about five years ago the supplier that I was using for my engines and transmission started producing a lot of sub-par quality products and they weren’t standing behind their warranty at all.



I went online to see what I could find as far as a new supplier with the quality and value I was looking for. To my surprise I found a ton of companies "claiming to have the best" but what I found was most of what I found was a lot of companies that could put up a nice website but really didn’t have what they claimed they had. I found most companies had a ton of small print in their warranties and when it came down to shipping me the product that I wanted they would take my money quick enough but then they would take their time getting me my product. Most of what I was getting was not what they had advertised and I was charged a bunch of hidden fees.



I was really starting to get discouraged when one of my customers had their Ford F150 towed in and asked if they could buy their engine themselves and have me install it. I warned them about the experiences that I was having dealing with trying to find a reputable company to deal with and they told me about Auto iWeb Engines and Transmissions. I had never heard of them before but my customer said they sounded very sincere and they had great reviews. Well since my customer was comfortable with them I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give them a try.



I was completely shocked when my customers 4.6L engine showed up earlier than what they had said it would. I was even more shocked when I opened up the sealed plastic container that the engine came in and what I found inside was about the newest engine I had ever seen before in my life. I pulled the engine out and it was better than the sales rep had claimed it would be. She had told my customer to "just wait until you see it, you will be impressed." Well I was certainly impressed. We installed the engine without any problems and it started on the first turn of the key. I had found my new supplier for engines and transmissions.



It has been five years since that day and I have ordered hundreds of engines and transmissions from AIW and each unit that I get has arrived in the same condition with the same quality as that first one did five years ago. They continue to impress me with their quality and their professionalism. Ordering the amount of engines and transmissions that I do we are bound to have a warranty issue now and then. On those rare occasions when we do have a warranty issue they are quick to address the situation and even quicker to get me out a new unit if I need one.



My rep at AIW Engines and Transmissions has been after me to write a review and I told her that I don’t know a lot about computers and even less about writing a review but with the success that I have had with them I figured it was long overdue. So I had my grandson help me with this because he knows way more about computers than I do. Bottom line is this company does things right. They have great engines and transmissions that last forever, they stand behind their product, they are quick with their shipping, they are fast to answer a question, they are friendly, and they are one of a very few companies that I have found that actually care about their customers.
