Wholesale Transmissions and Auto Repair

Bought a car that had the check engine light on. Brought them the autozone printout and they looked over my car, hooked up to the machine and diagnosed the problems. Left the car overnight, got it back the next morning. Very good service here, extremely professional, knowledgeable & they go above and beyond to help you fix all the problems. Would come back for future service and recommend them to others that need work done.

Not recommended at ALL I paid for service and warranty on transmission rebult and radiador replacement, and I had to return the car 4 times already, due to same issue still reocurring. Not a good place to trust. They take advantage of people, that are lack of knowledge instead of helping . after all customers are paying for the service , they are not doing it for free.

I brought my 1998 Audi to them to fix what I thought was a simple transmission issue. Turns out my transmission was toast. What I like about them is that not only do they have the best prices, they will not let the car go unless it is driving perfect. They are not a business that will rush cars in and out to drive up sales. They are a business that cares about the customer. This is what you want not someone who does Band-Aid repairs but someone who does an honest repair. I recommend them highly!

Most honest and best service. I took my truck there after getting a previous estimate from another mechanic that I was in need off cat replacements and a bunch of other costly items. After having my truck for a day to check it over from top to bottom they called me to tell me that I was NOT in need of any cats just a few sensors and tune up. My check engine light is off ( they even made sure to have me drive it 50 miles to make sure computer was reset) and it passed inspection. I wound up paying 1/3 or the price I was quoted some where else. I will highly recommend them ! Very kind and respectful to me.

My experience at Wholesale was unbelievable. My wheel broke off the axel at night and I had it towed to the lot without any prior notice since it was the closest auto shop to my location. I spoke to someone named Jerry the next morning and explained my situation. I was very nervous and I felt bad since I literally just had my car towed on the lot without notice but Jerry was very understanding and made me feel at ease and advised me that my service is always welcomed no matter the situation and stated, that's what were here for. Thanks to Jerry, i was able to have my car on the road within 4 hours and I haven't had any issue since. I will always refer all friends and family to Wholesale due to the excellent service received from Jerry. Thanks again.

My Nissan SUV was having problem with Engine service sign keep coming. I went to few service shops and was run around with different diagnosis. Finally I took my car to Wholesale transmissions and Michael performed computerized diagnosis and replaced engine sensor switch. That was the only problem and they charged me very minimum. I thought I had transmission problem but it was only engine sensor switch. I would recommend Michael & his team to anyone who has car trouble. Naresh Modhera , Metuchen, NJ 98840

My wife and I have been going to Wholesale Transmission for years despite the fact that we live all the way up in the Morristown area. Wholesale Transmissions, most recently, helped with a proper diagnosis for a failed inspection that even the DMV recommended auto shop could not figure out. On top of that, the final price matched the estimated quote and was 15% cheaper than the major retailers Pep Boys, Meineke, and Aamco. They were honest and effective and have earned my family's business for life.

I had a great experience at Wholesale Transmissions. My Toyota 4Runner was having a problem and I thought it was the transmission. Turned out to be the catalytic converter. Michael at Wholesale Transmission explained everything clearly. They made the repairs quickly and were affordable. The truck runs great now. I have to thank them for their honesty, not sure every repair shop would do that. I would recommend Wholesale Transmission any auto repair problem, not just transmissions!

Was assured their service would take care of any problem I was describing.. After their service, and 2 years of trying to get them to fix the noises properly, the differential blew. They said it was not part of their service??? They replaced 2 axles trying to fix the trans noise and refused to take the car when the trans blew claiming the rack and pinion was the problem. Totally incompetent on transmissions.

When i needed Transmission rebuilt i was in Panic. had called several places and nothing fitted my pocket. I did some research and found these guys info online.Said I'd give them a try. I called and was hoping for no sky high price. And that's what i got.WHOLESALE TRANSMISSION REPAIR PRICE. I must admit that being female and having in mind that location was not the best mileage wise.One thing that really changed my mind to more positive thinking was Friendly Jerry who took the time to explain what might be wrong with my car.Long Story Short, I went there, i was told I'll get a call once they know what's wrong and once i OK the repair we go from there. That's what happened.The next day i got the call and they started the repair.They even gave me ride back to work (about 30miles round trip) 2 days later my car was ready.It's been 6 months now and Transmission runs like new.I even got a call month later from Jerry(the manager) how does the car feel. Great Staff.Fair Prices and Quality work. Would recomend 100%.....

At an auto shop. At first we thought everything was great bc of the good price quote, and they provided us with a rental car while our car was in the shop. They told us it could possibly be one small piece that could be replaced, for 3-400$, and if it didn't work, we could put that money toward a rebuilt trans. Turns out it was not the problem and they would rebuild the trans for us and told us it would be done by Saturday. They gave us a "loaner car" that clearly was just the personal vehicle of the owners wife, filled with moldy food, old food cartons, trash everywhere, and was extremely dirty inside (like we did not want to touch armrests). We found out Saturday that the car was no where near ready and to "chek back" Monday. Monday came, and no call. I called on monday around noon and was told that the car was being driven around the block and that he would call me back in 5-10 minutes. An hour and a half later, I just had my husband call and they told him it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, the man at the desk (manager?) was rude and short with me. He had told us over the phone that we were approved to finance the entire thing, but when I got there I found out we were only approved for a small bit and owed 1200$. The quote they gave us didn't match the work done, and the service was unimpressive and slow. 0/5 stars if it would let me put that. Use anyone else except this place!! I felt disrespected debto my gender--the desk guy would not speak to me about it, but instead went and called my husband. Truly the worst auto shop experience I've ever had.
