Pinebrook Village

I have lived at Pinebrook Village for approx 7 years. This is not your typical Mobil Home Park or Trailer Park. The sites for the Mobil Homes are very large and the units are not cramed together like other parks. The surroundings are beautiful. Most of the residents, "Seniors" are wonderful people who look out for each other. The only complaint I have would be the current Manager's that came aboard about a year ago. One of the two managers is very lazy; unresponsive and does not do his job as he should. Other than that this park is like a little piece of heaven and is a wonderful place to live out ones Golden Years.

We have lived here for nine months. We love it here. We have met residents who have lived here for forty years. There is a wonderful community atmosphere. We have not met an unhappy resident. It is our experience that everyone's intent is to live here for the rest of their lives. If someone wants to know what it is like to live in Pinebrook Village (besides its beauty), they should talk anyone who actually lives in the park (and especially to those many who have been here for more than 25 years).

I am a relative of a Pinebrook Village resident. This resident has lived there for over 4-years. I have heard many bad things regarding the management of the place. In particular, I've heard of many unsatisfied residents who have moved out. In addition to the annual increases in rent, the mobilhome park's manager is unresponsive to requests. (He told my relative that this place is just full of old people who dont have anything to do but complain.) The place has a maintenance manager who runs the place like a tyrant. He doesn't respond to requests in a timely manner, and delays addressing any problem, especially, if it might cost the village any money to fix it. If there is any question about the place, just drive around and look at all of the mobilehomes for sale. People move out as fast as they can, after living here for awhile and having to put up with the management's policies.. I rate this mobilehome park as one star, only because of the appearance of the grounds.

I have driven Folsom Auburn Road and didn't realize what was waiting beyond the driveway into Pinebrook Village. This is a beautiful senior park with beautifully landscaped grounds, unique homesites and lots of trees. The 3 lakes make this seem like a resort. For the money, this park is the best deal around and I am sure the resale value must be good based on the folks we talked to. Check it out.
