I haven't rented a tux from Men's Warehouse for years but in the past I was renting them for about $80.00 and they either fit or Men's Warehouse was quick to fix the problem for me. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. The rental cost about $200.00 and the tux was way too large. I wear a size 42 pants, large shirt, and a men’s 13 shoe. They provided me a size 48 pants, x-large shirt, and a men's 12 shoe. When I advised the gentlemen and showed him that nothing fit he stated "everything is fitting the way it should. You are just probably not used to wearing such a fine suit." I then let go of the pants and off course they fell. I also dropped my arm down to my side and showed him that the sleeves of the shirt went about an inch beyond my finger tips. He then handed me some suspenders and again advised me that this is the way suits are supposed to fit. I must add here that I wear a suit everyday to work and I know how they should fit and this was way too large. They did not offer to make this right in anyway and I was forced to leave with the suit to the wedding. I ended up wearing the jacket for the entire day because my shirt was exploding out of my vest and I had to use rubber bands to hold the sleeves up. I used the suspenders to hold my pants up but you could still tell that they did not fit which was embarrassing. I returned the suit two days later but the gentlemen that I had originally spoke to was not there, so I very politely began to tell the three employees that were checking me out about my experience in hopes that they would try to make this right some how. But while I was in mid sentence they handed me my return receipt, wished me a good day, and then walked away. I will never return to this Men’s Warehouse due to this experience which is unfortunate because I always enjoyed shopping there.
