Gentle Dental - Center of Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dentistry

They refused to sent my current dentist (I have moved) my dental records until my dentist inform them that I have the right to see my records. Even then they only sent my dentist a fake chart with no notes from the dentist or the dental hygienist. The reason I know the chart is fake is that it has the same measurement for all the pockets of my gum which is not possible. I remember when my gums were measured, I had different measurements. So, the question is, what are they hidding? Possibly the expensive treatment I did not need that I'm still paying for.

A dentist office should be completely clean, and all instruments should be sterilized. At this office disposable impression cups are wiped with alcohol and reused, after they've been in someones mouth. Other instruments are wiped and put back to be used by the next patient, included prophy jet tips, burrs used to drill away at someones teeth. Disgusting!
