        I will never take my animals t...

        I will never take my animals there again! I took my cat there to be spay. The service charges were 3 times the amount I was originally quoted. I had asked about all charges, including hidden fees, before I brought my cat to them. And when I argued about the charges the receptionist became very rude, blaming me for her incompetence! They screwed me! I wouldn't even give them 1 star!!!

However, it is our policy that prior to any service clients sign a consent form. Confusion on payment is something we never want you to feel, which is why the form has been implemented in to our system.         Clean and Friendly Place

        I've been taking my dogs here for years. The people are so nice and helpful. They send us Christmas cards every year. They even sent a sympathy card when one of our dogs died. I really enjoy their personable service and have recommeneded them to my friends. Also, the place is clean and doesn't smell. I don't understand how they do it!
