Floresville Flower Shop

I live out of state, but my in-laws live in Floresville. This flower shop has always gone above and beyond to take care of my needs whether it was delivering that day when I would call late or describing everything in the shop until I could decide what I wanted to send. They have always been extremely courteous and helpful. My father in law just passed away and we are using them for the funeral flowers. That is the reputation they have established with my family over several years.

My son in law passed away last week. I specifically ordered an arrangement from his wife, my daughter, and the children. I told the person exactly what I wanted, which was a very special arrangement with sentimental value especially with children and a wife involved.I was treated rude by the the person at the front desk,a totally obnoxious person. They took it upon themselves to redo the arrangement and the only thing about the original piece was the ROSES...they left everything out that I ordered.This is a small community and I was totally shocked when I saw it and so were others.They were to refund half of the money....I did not receive total reimbursement.If you treasure your love ones and want a tribute that you have put much thought into, this is not the place for you. I have talked to many people in the last few days, and this is NOT an isolated case regarding this place.Be careful during your time of grief and sorrow,people take advantage of you.
