The customer service was alright and it might have been cheaper than a new part but I received a faulty part and there isn't a return or exchange option.

The owner is one of the most honest and nicest business owners in this area ! He is always fair and every time I call he asks me to call back in 30 mins so he can see if he has the parts I'm looking for. Without fail, I call back in 30 mins o0r less and he kinows if he has it or not. Integrity goes a long way...... Especially for a business owner. Thanks Mr. Hanniford for always doing what you say you will. :) He has even told me where he thinks they may have a part if he don't have it. Oh and I believe it is his son that works with him and he is always the same way.

Mr Ronnie offered me a fair price for my car. Then he gave me more money for my car because Millers towing took advantage of me. It wasn't his fault, but he felt bad. What a nice, wonderful man!!
