Issues with this transport service have been ongoing for years.Most recently, they've been extremely dangerous.The first year I had to deal with them, they tried to give me someone else’s child. I wrote that off as an innocent mistake. My son has a more severe case of autism. His communication skills are limited, and he typically elopes at the first opportunity. My son’s after-school care taker took a break from the 100 degree weather to step inside and use the bathroom. When she opened the door, my son was standing there accompanied by no one, and the bus gone from sight. The driver, Joe Pullack, claimed we had a difference in opinion on whether that was appropriate or safe.I assure you this is unsafe to the point where I cannot believe this level of incompetence could be tolerated.I spoke to his supervisor and explained how unbearably negligent that is to allow a child that has always, ALWAYS needed an escort in the past to simply walk off the bus unaccompanied and trust that they will not turn and run.He had the effing nerve to tell me that I am bringing up a bunch of stuff that could happen, but that wasn’t what happened, so they will not do anything about it.Children with autism go missing all the time.That’s why we barricade the house and yards.You cannot walk in or out of our house without punching in codes to unlock doors.This is how we live because we have to in order to keep him safe.What is even more baffling is the response of this company and the Bucks County IU."We’ll tell him he can’t leave without someone getting him off the bus.” That was always the case!His other driver during the school year does not let him leave the bus without an escort because if he runs, what is she supposed to do?Abandon all the other children to chase after him?His supervisor, Tom Hennessy, could do nothing more than say “everybody else loves him.” My child is not everybody else’s child, and I will be sure to elevate this as far in the school district as it can possibly go.

I used to work for these people for many years. Years ago at $10.00 an hour and STILL those workers making $10.00 an hour....didnt keep up with inflation.The owner is a fly by nighter and doesnt know what hes doing......He is ONLY in it for the money. Its a shame BCIU doesnt know what hes up to. He writes in his OWN miles on the miles sheets he hands into the BCIU to get paid more for work that has NOT BEEN DONE. He doesnt look at his drivers driving records either before hiriing his people.
